Forget Me Not Confections, LLC is my home-based cake and cookie decorating business in Louisville, KY.
More than 25 years later, I am still as excited about creating custom cakes and cookies as I was when I started out. Add to that learning new techniques, meeting great people, collaborating with fellow sugar artists, and teaching classes and I have a mixing bowl loaded with fun!
Cake decorating began as a stress reliever for me while working in an office. That outlet quickly escalated into an escape plan from corporate America. After earning my Baking and Pastry Arts degree from Sullivan University, I began my journey into the world of all things cake.
